• With in 60 Days of Allotment : 25% of Flats Cost (Rs 37,500/-)
• With in 90 Days of Allotment : 25% of Flats Cost (Rs 37,500/-)  
• Balance At the Time of Possession : 15% of Flats Cost (Rs 22,500/-)

Eligibility Conditions :

• First preference will be given to the BPL Families which include his/her dependent children who do not own any Flat in any HUDA Sector / Licensed colony in any of the Urban Areas/ Estate in the state , will be eligible for making the application.
• The Applicant should have completed 18 years of Age at the time of Application for Registration.

Application Procedure : The aspirant person can purchase the Application Form through Mr. Sunil Kumar at Emarald Hill Site , Sector-65 Golf Course Extension Road Gurgaon-120001 on any working day from 27th May to 26 June, 2013. At the time of submission , the applicant should submit application form along Demand Draft of ₹ 15,000/- in favour of above prescribed name .
