1. 1 Kanal - 58 Plots (46-Defence Employ, 12-Para Military Employ) - Cost per Sq. Meter- ₹ 9570/-, Total 10% Depositing at the time of Registration - ₹ 4,30,700/-
2. 14 Marla - 107 Plots (86-Defence Employ, 21-Para Military Employ) - Cost per Sq. Meter- ₹ 8700/-, Total 10% Depositing at the time of Registration - ₹ 2,81,900/-
3. 10 Marla - 104 Plots (83-Defence Employ, 21-Para Military Employ) - Cost per Sq. Meter- ₹ 8700/-, Total 10% Depositing at the time of Registration - ₹ 1,91,900/-
