- For GDMO-II Posts - The candidate must posses recognized medical qualification included first & second scheduled of Indian Medical Council Act. 1956 & DMC Registration of Academic Qualification.
- For Dental Surgeon - Qualification Degree included in Part-I & Part-II of schedule of Dentist Act, 1948 + Three Year Experience.
- For Lab Assistant - 10th Pass with Science + Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- For Operational Theatre Assistant - Matric Pass + 2 Year Operation Theatre Experience.
- For X-Ray Assistant - 10 Pass + Certificate in Radiology/Radiography.
Age Limit -
- For GDMO-II Posts - Below 32 Years
- For Dental Surgeon - Below 35 Years
- For Lab Assistant - Below 27 Years
- For Operational Theatre Assistant - Below 27 Years
- For X-Ray Assistant - Below 27 Years
