CLAT means Common Law Admission Test is conducted by Gujarat National Law Universities Gandhinagar, Gujarat for the admission in to Under Graduate & Post Graduate Law Degree every year. This year CLAT Examination will be held on 11th May, 2014. Those candidate who are interested to make their career in Law field can apply for this through the official CLAT website @ clat.ac.in before 31st March, 2014. CLAT-2014 LLB Paper Pattern & Syllabus :- The question paper contains 5 sections. There are total 200 questions in the paper. Each question is of one marks. There are also 1/4th negative marking. The maximum time allotted in the paper is two hours.
CLAT-2014 LLM Paper Pattern & Syllabus :- This paper contains two sections. First section contains four long essay type description questions (covering constitutional law & jurisprudence) of total 100 marks. Second part contains 50 objective type multiple choice questions of maximum 50 marks. The time allotted for the second paper is 2 hours.

- For LLB - 12th Passed (General Category - 45 % marks/ SC-ST Category - 40 % marks) or Appeared.
- For LLM - Passed LLB Or Five Year Integrated LLB Degee (General-55% & SC/ST - 50 % Marks).
Age Limit :-
- For LLB - The age of the candidate must be below 20 years & for sc/st category, maximum age is 22 years.
