HSEE-2014 Examination Pattern & Syllabus

HSEE Previous Year Solved Question Paper / Sample Paper / Written Test Syllabus

Indian Institute of Technology, Madras conducts the HSEE Examination year. This year, the online test will be held on 20th April, 2013.  Those friends who will appear in HSEE-2014 Exam can download the syllabus through the below given link. Through the information, the candidate will be able to prepare well & best score in the examination.

Examination Pattern :- The examination consists of two parts. Part - 1 contains objective type multiple choice questions. 
Part - 1 Syllabus :-

• English & Comprehensive Skills (25 % marks)
• Analytical & Quantitative Ability (25 % marks)
• General Studies covering the areas of Indian Economics (since independence), Indian Society, Contemporary World Affairs (post - World War-II), Environment & Ecology (50 % marks)

Part - 2 Syllabus :-

• An essay on general topic involving description, or/and reflection, or/and discussion.

Time Duration - The duration for part-I is 150 minutes & for part-II is 30 minutes.
