SSC Junior Translator (CSOLs) Examination Written Test Syllabus
Staff Selection Commission has published the notice for the preliminary examination of Junior Translator
(CSOLs) today. The exam will be conducted on date 15th December, 2013. Those friends who already applied for this can check the syllabus for this Exam through below given details. The other details like sample paper, mock test papers, cut off marks, answer keys, results etc are given below.
Exam Pattern :- The exam consist of two parts.
Preliminary Exam Pattern : It contains two question papers conduct on same date. The first paper is of objective type multiple choice questions & contains 100 questions & each question carry one marks.The second question paper consist of conventional type questions.
Paper - I Syllabus :-
Paper - II Syllabus :- The paper will contains two passage for translations one passage from English to Hindi & second to Hindi to English & one essay each in English & Hindi.
Time Duration :-
Those candidate who will qualify the preliminary test will be eligible for the Interview. And final list be be prepared on the basis of Pre Test Marks, Interview score.

- Part - I : Preliminary Examination - 400 Marks
- Part - II : Personality Test (Interview) - 100 Marks

- Translation & Essays - 200 Marks
Time Duration :-
- First Paper - 2 Hours
- Second Paper - 2 Hours
