• Educational Qualification - Degree in Civil Engineering & read, write & speak in Bengali + One Year Post Graduate Practice Training or study or research or practical engineering experience.
• Age Limit - Below 32 years as on  01-01-2013. There are 3 year age relaxation for bc category & 5 year for sc/st category.

Pay Scale : ₹ 15,600/- to ₹ 42,000/- + G.P ₹ 5400/-
