National Rural Health Mission, Madhya Pradesh has organised the online application form for the recruitment of ophthalmic Surgeon, Paramedical Ophthalmic Surgeon, Eye donation Counselor, DEO posts. 1. Ophthalmic Surgeon - 10 Posts
2. Paramedical Ophthalmic Surgeon - 20 Posts
3. Eye Donation Counselor - 07 Posts
4. Data Entry Operator - 50 Posts

Educational Qualification :-

• For Post 1 - MS/MD, D.O.M.S
• For Post 2 - Graduation Degree
• For Post 3 - Two Year Diploma Course in Optometry 
• For Post 4 - Graduation & One year Diploma in Computer App.

Age Limit - From 21 to 40 years on 01-01-2014.
