- Educational Qualification - Marticulation & ITI Certificate affiliated with NCVT/SCVT is compulsory in relevant trade.
- Age Limit - From 15 to 24 years as on 11-04-2014.
- First download the form & the application in the prescribed format should be filled in the relevant columns with ball point pen.
- The application should accompanied with two self address cover size 11" * 5" duly affixing ₹ 5/- postal stamp on each cover.
- Attach attested copies of necessary certificates to address to "Workshop Personnel Officer, Carriage Repair Workshop, South Western Railway, Gadag Road, Hubli - 58 0020 (Karnataka)".
- The candidate must wright on the top of Envelope "Application for Engagement as Act-Apprentice in Hubli Workshop - 20, Training Notification No. 01/2014".
