- Educational Qualification - The candidate must possess Bachelor Degree from a Govt. recognized University.
- Age Condition - From 21 to 40 years as on 01-07-2014.

- Upload their color passport size photo & scanned signature of proper size.
- Submit the application & note down their Registration No. & password.
- Finally take a print out of Confirmation page & application fees challan.
