Eligibility Criteria :-

• Educational Qualification :- The candidates must have passed class 10th/Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Age Limit :- From 30 to 40 years

Application Procedure :-
1. The application should be sent through Registered Post with A.D. so as to reach the Sub-Divisional Level Selection Committee of ASHA worker on or before the closing date and time (20-08-2014 & 4:00 P.M.)
2. The filled in application along with the required documents should be addressed to the office of the concerned block development officer.
3. On the envelope containing the application, it should be clearly written "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASHA WORKERS, ASHA unit-.................,  ................................G.P., .................... Block."
