1. The candidate first have to open the below given link.
2. Then select the online application.
3. Fill the all required details.
4. Must submit your scanned passport size photograph & signature having size given in the notification.
5. Finally submit the application form.
6. Take a printout of conformation page & application form and pay the fees.
