HPPCL 74 Apprentice Trainee Vacancy 2014
Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) has issued the notice for the vacancy of Apprentice Trainee Post recently. There are total 74 Posts. Those friends who are interested can apply online through the official website www.hppcl.gov.in. The last date for online app. form is 1 September 2014. The other details like written test syllabus, exam pattern, previous year paper, admit card, answer key, interview date etc are given in notification.

Eligibility Criteria :-
1. The candidates first have to open given below link.
2. Candidate should have valid email id.
3. Candidates should first scan their photograph before applying online in .jpg format.
4. Candidates are required to register online. Please note the username and passport for future reference after registration.
5. After registration new webpage shall open where candidates can click on the link 'Apply Online' along with other related links.
6. Fill all details in the application form at the appropriate places.
7. After filling all the details in online application form and uploading the photograph and signature, click on 'submit button'.
8. A unique app. number will be generated by the system, please note the app. number for future reference and use. Candidates can take a print of the form and keep it with them for their record and submission at the time of test/interview.
9. No hard copy/ printed applications form are requested to be sent. Incomplete, and defectively filled up forms shall be rejected straightway and no subsequent correspondence will be entertained on this issue.
Selection Procedure :- The candidates must be selected on the basis of written test and interview.

- Educational Qualification :- For Post 1 is B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil engineering with 60% marks. For Post 2 is B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical engineering with 60% marks.For Post 3 is B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical engineering with 60% marks. For Post 4 is B.E./B.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science/IT with 60% marks. For Post 5 is MBA degree in HR/Personnel with 50% marks. For Post 6 is ICWA/ CA/ MFSC/MBA degree in Finance with 50% marks. For Post 7 is member of ICSI. For Post 8 is diploma in civil engineering with 50% marks. For Post 9 is diploma in electrical engineering with 50% marks. For Post 10 is MA/M.Sc degree in geology with 50% marks. For Post 11. is master degree in social work with 50% marks. For Post 12 is master degree in environment science/ environment/forestry/ wild life/ natural resource management/ wood sciences/ forest management/ environmental planning/ ecology/ wild life with 50% marks.
- Age Limit :-From 22 to 30 years (Post 1 to 7 & 10 to 12) , From 18 to 24 years (Post 8,9).
