3. Paste their photograph in proper place.
4. Pay the app. fee through demand draft in favour of Director, Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya payable at New Delhi.
5. Applications in prescribed format along with the demand draft and self attested copies of the certificates of the certificates should reach the Office Superintendent of the hospital on or before 18-08-2014 till 4.00 p.m.
Selection Procedure :- The candidates must be selected on the basis of interview.

- Educational Qualification :- The candidates must possess medical qualification & M.D/ M.S/ M.Ch/ M.A/ M.Sc/ M.Phil in relevant specialty and have medical council of india/state medical council registration.
- Age Limit :- 66 years (Post 1), 55 years (Post 2), 50 years (Post 3).
