Coir Board has issued the notice for the vacancy of Assistant & Junior Stenographer Posts recently. There are total 28 Posts. Those friends who are eligible can download the application form through the official website www.coirboard.gov.in. The last date for submission of application form is 07 AUGUST 2014. Eligibility Criteria :-

• Educational Qualification :- For Scientific Assistant Post is Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent & Minimum 2 Years Work Experience in Related Field. For Assistant Post is Graduate Degree or Equivalent. For Junior Stenographer Post is Passed SSCL & Good Typing Knowledge.For Junior Auditor Post is Graduate Degree or Equivalent & Minimum 2 years Work Experience in Public/Private Sector Accounts Branch. For Lower Division Clerk & Hindi Typist Post is Passed SSCL & Good Typing Knowledge. For Training Assistant Post is Passed SSCL & Advanced Training Course Conducted by the National Coir Training and Design center. For Machine Operator Post is ITI Certificate in Electrician/ Fitter Trade. For Helper Post is Passed Minimum 06 Month Certificate Course in National Coir Training and Design Center & 3 Years Work Experience in dying field.
• Age Limit :- 30 Years (Scientific Assistant, Junior Stenographer, Junior Auditor, Hindi Typist, Training Assistant), 28 Years (Assistant), 25 Years (Lower Division Clerk), 35 Years (Machine Operator), 27 Years (Helper).

1. Eligible candidates first have to download the application form.
2. Select your preferred language from the official website and then press "Notification" from the option given at the bottom of the home page.
3. Press notification no. "CB/Adm/2011/4/1 Vol-II"
4. Read the instruction carefully and download the application format.
5. Fill the Form and attached self attested copies of testimonial in proof of age,qualification,experience etc along with application form.
6. Sent this form to "Secretary, Coir Board, Coir House, PB. NO. 1752, M.G.Road, Kochi-16".

Selection Procedure :- The candidate must be selected on the basis of Written Test & Interview.
