Eligibility Criteria :-

• The applicant should be the resident of Haryana.
• The applicant should not own a house in Haryana, Delhi or Chandigarh.
• The applicant must be the citizen of India.
• The applicant must attained the age of 18 years at the time of registration.
• The applicant should not fill the form more than one time.
