HUDA Pinjore Sectors Draw Scheme Date 2014 - Announced soon

Haryana Urban Development Authority is going to announce the draw date for Pinjore Sector Plots Scheme. According to HUDA Notification, the draw will be held with in 6 months. So, those friends who are interested can check the draw date through the official website of HUDA @ www.huda.gov.in. The related details like draw results, plots transfer procedure, payment details etc are described below. 

Important Points :-
Allotment of plots & all matters connected there with connected shall be governed by the provisions contained in the HUDA act & Rule/Regation farmed there under as amended from time to time.

Dispute in any allotment related matters should be settled with in the jurisdiction of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Panchkula.

Possession of the plots shall be delivered to th allotte in about 3 years of the  date of allotment. However possession may be given earlier, if the development of basis services in a scheme is completed before the above mentioned period. At the time of offer of possession, only the basic services i.e water supply, approach road, sewerage & electrification shall be made available in the sector.

The allotte will be required take physical possession of his plot with in 90 days of the issue of letter of offer of possession, & shall have to construct with in 180 days of taking possession.
