Eligibility Criteria :-
1. The candidate first have to download the app. form.
2. Take a Printout of app. form.
3. Paste their recent passport size photograph in proper place.
4. Pay the app. fees through demand draft if required.
5. Finally submit the app. form copy attach with attested copy of necessary documents.

- Educational Qualification :- For Lab Technician Post is passed class 10th/ matric & diploma in lab assistant training course. For Pharmacist Post is passed class 12th/ HSC & diploma in pharmacy training course. For Staff Nurse Post is passed class 10th/ matric and diploma in Jr. staff nursing training.
- Age Limit :- Max. 45 Years
