University of Agricultural Science Dharwad (UASD) has published the notice for the vacancy of Teaching & Non-Teaching Posts recently. There are total 133 Posts. Those friends who are willing can download the application form through the official website www.uasd.edu. The last date for submission of app. form is 14 August 2014. Eligibility Criteria :-

• Educational Qualification :- For Post 1 is Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with 55% marks. For Post 2,3 is Master's degree with 55% marks in related discipline/Ph.D qualification. For Post 4 is Master's degree with 55% marks in related discipline. For Post 5,7 is Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Agricultural Mktg & Co-Operation/Sericulture/Agril. Engineering/Veterinary Science/Animal Science or Equivalent. For Post 6 is Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or Equivalent. For Post 8 is passed SSLC & light vehicles driving license holder. For Post 9 is passed class VII std.

Application Procedure :-
1. The candidates first have to download the application form.
2. Filled in applications with copies of testimonials should also be sent in an envelope, superscribing on it, "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF________ " to THE REGISTRAR, UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES, DHARWAD-580005 (KARNATAKA), on or before 14.08.2014 from the candidates staying in India and abroad. The candidates staying  abroad  may download the application pro-forma from the official website (www.usad.edu) and submit the application forms along with the relevant documents and the prescribed fee in foreign currency.

Selection Procedure :- The candidates must be selected on the basis of interview.

Application Fees :-The candidate have to pay the fees through Indian Postal Order/Demand Daft/Bank Cheque in favor of "Comptroller, UAS Dharwad".

• For Officer Post - ₹ 3000/- for General Category & ₹ 1500/- for SC/ST Category.
• For Teachers Post - ₹ 1000/- for General Category & ₹ 500/- for SC/ST Category.
• For Technical Assistant/Programme Assistant/Farm Manager & Service Personnel - ₹ 600/- for General Category & ₹ 300/- for SC/ST Category.
