Eligibility Criteria :-
1. The candidates first have to download the app. form.
2. Take a printout of app. form and fill all required details.
3. Paste their recent passport size photograph in proper place.
4. Pay the app. fee if given in advertisement.
5. Finally submit the app. form attached with attested copy of necessary documents and send at the addressed to "The Office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot".

- Educational Qualification :- For Post 1 is MBBS degree or equivalent. For Post 2,3 is read and write in Punjabi. For Post 4,5 is passed class 10th/Matric.
- Age Limit :- Max. 42 years (Post 1) & Max. 38 years (Post 2 to 5).
