Housing Board Haryana is going to announce the draw results for the BPL (Below Poverty Line) EWS Flats in Rohtak. The draw will be held on date 13-08-2014. The interested persons can check their draw results through the official website @ www.hbh.nic.in. The related details like allotment letter, first installment, flat transfer procedure etc are described below.
Initial deposit of the applicants not successful in the draw will be refunded by cheque in full without interest by the concerned banks (where the applicant has been deposited) payable at per in all the branches authorized to sell & receive applications Refund cheque use will be dispatched at the correspondence address of the applicant by the concerned bank with in 30 days of draw of lots. Interest @ 5.5% par annum will be paid for delay beyond 30 days.
Allotment shall be subject to the provisions of Haryana Housing Board Act, 1971 rules & regulations frames their under as amended from time to time.
