Odisha Education Services Previous Year Solved Question Papers/Cut Off Marks/Answer Keys
Plain of Examination :-
- The written test will be conducted in two stages : Written Examination, Viva Voca Test.
- The written exam will consists of three papers, each on General English, General Knwledge & Education. Each paper will be of two hour duration. The candidate will have to answer in English unless otherwise directed.
- The candidate who secure the minimum qualifying marks in written exam as may be fixed by the commission will be called to appear at the viva voca test of 150 marks.
General English - The paper will be of Graduate Degree standard carrying a maximum marks of 100, including 50 marks for an essay. The remaining 50 marks are intended to test the candidate understanding of & power to write English & the candidate thus required to write précis & letter on given subject.
General Knowledge - 100 Marks - Current events, every day observation & experience in their scientific aspects, Indian History & Geography of Nature.
Education - 150 Marks - Philosophy of Education, Educational Philosophy (Learning, Individual Differences, Intelligence, Personality & it's measurement, Adjustment), Educational Administration & Supervision (Principles, Education Control & Management, Supervision, Educational Finance, Planning, Organization & Research).
