The selection procedure consists of two stage. In first, there will a written examination containing 140 questions on General Knowledge & awareness.  Those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks as may be fixed by the selection committee will be going for the Phase-II. Each question is of 1 mark. There are also 1/4 negative marking  for each wrong answer. 

Typing Test :- It will be of 60 marks. 

For Clerk Post - In Hindi, there will be 7500 depression per hour for qualifying. In English, there will be 9000 depression per hour for qualifying.

For Stenographer - In Hindi, there will be 7500 key depression per hour & 80 words per minute to for qualifying. In English, 9000 key depression per hour & 80 words per minute for qualifying.
