Kendriya Vidyalaya Samiti has announced the written exam date for the posts of Principal, Assistant Commissioner & Deputy Commissioner. The test will be conducted on date 11th April, 2015. KVS Principal Examination Pattern :-
The question paper contains 150 questions. Each question is of one mark. The total marks for the question paper is 150. The paper contains Multiple Choice Questions. There are total four sections.
1. First section is of Academic having 40 marks. It contains topics of Child Development & Padagogy (Development of Child / Understanding Learning / Pedagogical Concerns ), Perspectives in Education & School Organization, Teaching Methodology (Curriculum / Planning / Evaluation).
2. Second Section is of Administration having 30 question of 30 marks. Education code with special reference to following areas - Organization set up of Sangathan (Chapter-II), Admission Guidelines 2014-2015 (Chapter-11), Administrative Powers of Principal, Miscellaneous matters relevant to Service in Vidyalayas, CCS (CCA/Conduct) Rule.
3. Third Section is of Finance containing 30 question having maximum 30 marks. It contains topics - Fundamental & Supplementary Rules, Travelling Allowance Rule, Leave Travel Concession Rule, Medical Attendance Rule, Pension Rule, General Finance Rules Purchase procedure.
4. Fourth section is of 50 marks having 50 questions. It contains General Knowledge, General English, General Hindi, Reasoning, Computer Literacy.
