TNUSRB Police Sub Inspector Written Test Syllabus 2015/ TNPSC SI Examination Pattern 2015/ SI Exam Cut Off Marks
Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board is going to conduct the written examination for the posts of Police Sub Inspector. The test will be conducted on date 23rd & 24th May, 2015. Those friends who applied for the job of SI can check the Exam Pattern & Syllabus the the details provided. All the eligible candidates will be called for the Written Test. Among the candidates clearing the written test, the number of candidates called for the second stage of Certificate Verification, Physical Measurement Test, Endurance Test & Physical Efficiency Test will be in ratio 1:5 i.e the number of candidate called for the second stage will be restricted to 5 times the number of vacancies in each category.
Written Examination Pattern : The Test will be conducted at 32 Districts Headquarters. It consists of one paper which is completely Objective Type.
Open Quota Exam Style : The duration of the written examination will be 2 hours & 30 minutes & cut off marks will be 35% marks (i.e. 25 marks). It contains two sections. First Section A is of General Knowledge having 40 marks. Second Section-B contains Logical Analysis, Numerical Analysis, Psychology Test, Communicational Skills, Information Handling Ability are of 30 marks. It contains 140 questions & each question is of half mark.
Departmental Quota : The duration of written examination is 3 hours. Minimum pass marks is 35% of 85 marks i.e. 30 marks. First section is of 15 marks contains General Knowledge Questions. Second Section contains Communicational Skills, Numerical Skills, Logical Analysis, Information handling ability, Indian Panel Code, Criminal Procedure code, Indian Evidence Acts, Police Standing Orders & Police Administration. It contains 170 questions & each question is of half mark.
Cut Off Marks : 35%
