Eligibility Criteria :-

<li>Educational Qualification :- The candidate must be Passed Class 10th/ Matric/ 12th/ HSC or Equivalent.</li>
<li>Age Limit :- From 18 to 28 Years</li>

2. Fill the all required details and paste the recent passport size photograph in proper place. 
3. Pay the app. fee through demand draft in fever of "www.madonline.gov.in". 
4. Finally submit the app. form attached with attested copy of necessary documents.
