Assam SLET 2014 Written Test Syllabus / Scheme of Examination
State Level Eligibility Commission, Assam is going to conduct the State Eligibility Test (SET) Exam in the month of November. The SET exam will be held on 16th November, 2014. - Matching
- Assertion & Reasoning
- True & False
The test will be held on a day in two separate sessions -

Paper-I :- It will be general nature, intended to access the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking & general awareness of candidates. Sixty objective type questions of two marks each will be given, out of which the candidate would be required to answer any fifty. In the event of the candidate attempting more than fifty questions attempting by the candidate would be evaluated.
Paper-II - It shall consists of 50 objective type compulsory questions based on the subject selected by the candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks.
Paper-III - It shall consists of 75 objective type compulsory questions from the subject selected by the candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks. All questions of paper-II & III are compulsory, covering complete syllabus.
Minimum marks to be obtained in SLET for considering a candidate for the eligibility for Lectureship - (Minimum Marks (%) to be obtained) :-
