Educational Qualification -  
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>For DEO - Degree or equivalent from a recognized University, Proficiency in typing preferably in Stenographer with 2/3 years experience as DEO/Stenographer.</li>
<li>For Stenographer - Degree, Speed of 80 words per minute in Stenography (English) knowledge in Computer application (MS Word, Excel & Power Point) with 2 Year relevant experience.</li>
</ul>
Age Limit - The candidate should not be above 40 years as on 01-05-2014. 
 
Application Procedure :- The application downloaded or nearly typed on the A4 size paper in the prescribed format & complete in all respects giving specific information regarding eligibility condition, should reach the office of the EdCIL (India) Limited to the "Project Manager (PRU), EdCIL House, Plot No. 18A, Sector - 16A, Noida (UP)-201301" by Registered/Speed/Genera Post/Courier.
