Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has announced the Notification for the Online Application form for Joint Admission Test - 2014 recently. This year, total examination will be controlled by IIT Kanpur. The other details like category wise cut off marks, minimum qualification marks, reservation criteria, last year opening & closing ranks, JAM-2013 question paper pattern, admit card downloading dates, final results dates, integrated Ph.D Program,previous year papers, exam syllabus, tie-breaking case, college wise seats status, list of examinations centers are given below.

There will be no age limit for this IIT-JAM 2014 Examination.
Application Procedure :- The eligible candidate have to first registered for IIT JAM 2014 Examination. After this, the candidate have to submit your all complete biodate in the online application form & then the next step is to pay the application fees. The fees can be paid through through two methods - Chalan or NET Banking. Then the candidate have to take print out of their IIT JAM 2014 Application Form & submit the application to "The Organizing Chairman, JAM-2014, GATE/JAM Office, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, UP - 208016" before 23rd October, 2013.

Minimum Educational Qualification :-
- For IISC Banglore : The general & bc category candidate must posses minimum 50 % marks & other category like SC/ST or physically handicapped person, just posses the Bachelor Degree with passing marks
- For IIT :- he general & bc category candidate should posses minimum 55 % marks & other category like SC/ST the person must posses the Bachelor Degree with 50 % marks.

- For Male - UR*/OBC Category - ₹ 1500/- for One Paper & ₹ 2100/- for Two Paper
- For Male - SC/ST/PD Category - ₹ 750/- for One Paper & ₹ 1050/- for Two Paper
IIT JAM - 2014 Question Paper Pattern :-
- For Biological Science (BL) & Biotechnology Paper - Total 100 Qbjective Type Questions & 1/3 negative marking for wrong answer.
- For Chemistry-Physics-Mathematics-Mathematical Statics-Geology - The paper divided in to two parts.The weightage of Part-I is 60 % & for Part-II is 40 %. The Part-I section contains 1 marks & 2 marks multiple choice questions. There will be 1/3 negative marking for 1 marks question & 2/3 negative marking for 2 marks questions. The Part-II is completely subjective type & no negative marking for the wrong answer.
