- Educational Qualification - Bachelor Degree in any stream for Post-1/2 post. Degree in science (Physics/Electronics/ Electrical/Computer Science/Telecommunication) for third post.
- Age Comdition - For post -1/2, 19 to 25 years for General Category & 19 to 27 years for sc/st category. For post 3, 21 to 26 years for Gen. Category & 21 to 28 years for sc/st category.
