HUDA Faridabad Sector Plots Scheme 2014 / HUDA Sectors Plots Application Form - Download Online 

Haryana Urban Development Authority has invited the application for the freehold residential plots scheme in Faridabad Sector - 56 'A'. Those persons who are interested can apply for this through purchasing the application form from the requisite site. There are total 453 plots. The other details like earnest money required, draw date, draw results, plot transfer procedure etc are described below.

Important Points :-

• The plot distribution is as per directions as per Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in LPA No. 2096 of 2011 - HUDA vs Sandeep Singh (refers details in Scheme Brochure).
• Rate & No. of plots are tentative.
• The authority reserve the rights to withdraw any or all residential plots without assigning any reason.

Application Procedure :-

• Application form, brochure, details terms & conditions can be download from the HUDA website www.huda.gov.in Free of Cost. The bank can also download the form from HUDA website & supply to applicant free of cost.
• The application form can also b obtained from the Estate Office, HUDA Faridabad, on payment of ₹ 500/- at the counter.
