Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited has decided to conduct the written examination for the recruitment of Meter Reader job. The Written test will be conducted on 14th & 15th June, 2015. Mode of Selection :

• Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written test, subject to obtain minimum qualifying marks.
• The minimum qualifying marks in the written test as per Government of Bihar norms, will be 40% for UR, 36.5%  for BC & 34% for EBC & 32%  for SC/ST/Female candidate.

Scheme of Examination : There will be 5 sections in the multiple choice question paper having approximately equal weightage for each section is given below.

Section - I	General Knowledge & General Science	25%
Section - II	English Language	15%
Section - III	Maths (10th Level)	20%
Section - IV	Analytical & Logical Reasoning	20%
Section - V	Computer Knowledge	20%

For General Knowledge, the candidate can read the Monthly Magazines like Pratiyogita Darpan, Success Mirror etc. These magazines are very effective. You must have to practice the last year paper of SSC or IBPS. The pattern of this exam is similar to that exam.
